Olivia Pope (unrelated) is not the only one involved in scandal on Thursday nights.

The Patrick Kane Kane criminal sexual assault investigation apparently has transformed from scandal to scandalous.

It started out with alleged accuser’s attorney Thomas Eoannou called a press conference to display an alleged tampered with evidence bag found by the alleged accuser’s mother’s at her home.

Hamburg police responded to the press conference asserting the evidence was accounted for.

Less than 24 hours later, Eoannou had withdrawn from representing Patrick Kane’s accuser due to ethical concerns over his confidence in the evidence bag he previously claimed was “authentic.”

Exavier Pope joined Jarrett Payton and Shaun Davis on the Down and Distance podcast on WGN+ prior to Eoannou’s withdrawal and was prophetic in breaking down multiple pathways as a result of the disputed bag coming to light.
